Ascenterra Development was founded in 2023 by Aran Scott, a highly accomplished real estate developer and sales professional. Scott has well over a decade of industry experience in New York City and the Hamptons. As a broker, he leads the #1 Team by GCI and Transactions from 2019 - 2023 at Douglas Elliman. His team has successfully sold over $1 Billion in residential transactions and ranks among the Top 50 Teams Nationwide per Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends Ranking. It is through his passion and veteran expertise that Ascenterra Development came about.
